General Office Policies

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Appointments
Patients are seen by scheduled appointments. We gladly accept new patients. The greatest compliment our patients can give is the referral of their friends and loved ones. Thank you for your trust.

Missed Appointments
In fairness to other patients and the providers, we require at least 24-hour notice to cancel medical appointments. Aesthetic appointments requires a 48-hour notice. You may be charged for missed appointments.

Method of Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


Insurance

For Patients with Insurance
We bill most insurance carriers for you if proper proof of insurance is provided to us. We will also bill most secondary insurance companies for you. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. Since your agreement with your insurance carrier is a private one, we do not routinely research why an insurance carrier has not paid or why it paid less than anticipated for care.

Noncovered and Cosmetic Services
Any care not paid for by your existing insurance coverage will require payment in full at the time services are provided or upon notice of insurance claim denial. We do not file with insurance carriers for cosmetic services. Cosmetic services will require payment in full at the time services are provided in our office.

Medicare Patients
We will bill Medicare for you. In addition, we will also bill secondary insurances for you. All co-payments or deductibles are due and payable at the time service is provided.


Prescription Refills

Prescription refills are handled by our staff during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and will be called in to your pharmacy within 24 – 48 hours of our receiving them. Please allow enough time to have your medication refilled by calling in advance.
